TiER1: A Grand Experiment in Trust Publication

This is the first publication of TiER1's company narrative that was revealed during our in-person all company meeting in Cincinnati, OH. I was the lead designer for this project. I executed design calls with the People Experience Team, President of TiER1, and the CEO of TiER 1 to review progress of the publication and prepare for print production. This publication includes a varnished cover and varnished pages. A fold-out page was also included in the publication to show the timeline of the companies T1 has acquired throughout its 20 year history.
Performance Matters: The Modern Leadership Issue

Performance Matters is a magazine publication that releases different issues throughout the year to our clients. This was the the first issue I worked on since joining TiER1. I designed a four page article about leading thriving organizations. The theme was around organic growth, which can lead to the healthiest types of growth within an organization.
Performance Matters: Data Measurement Issue

In another issue of Performance Matters, this issue talks about Data Measurement across an organization. I had the opportunity to design a two page article about measuring the people within your organization to help build confidence and activating strategy. In the article, it talks about how having access to big data/data mining is like going on a fishing expedition. I wanted to incorporate fishing as a theme but in the style of cut-out collage and heavy, bold typography.
